Intellectual property

We are not liable for business decisions you make from those boards, nor for losses caused by incomplete or incorrect source data. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from site use is limited to the fees you paid us for the related engagement in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site, unless a later engagement letter names a different venue for project work.
