Our practice
Retail sales boards, designed with the people who open the stores
Synap Axispoint helps multi-branch retail teams in Thailand read weekly sales with less argument and more shared language.
Registered name and history
The official registered business name is Synap Axispoint Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2016 in Dusit, Bangkok, after its founders spent years inside regional retail operations rooms where Monday packs arrived late and branch nicknames never matched the spreadsheet file names.
Early work focused on reconciling POS extracts for specialty and convenience chains expanding beyond a single district. By 2019 the practice centred on commissioned sales performance dashboards for multi-branch retail teams—boards that area managers could refresh without waiting for a weekly IT ticket.
Today the studio still works from 750 Soi Sethabutr Rama 5 Road Nakhonchaisri, meeting clients on-site across Greater Bangkok and supporting provincial clusters remotely once the first sample week is proven.
How we work
We start with two sample branches and the people who run them. Layout comes after vocabulary: what managers call a “slow Tuesday,” which categories they defend in meetings, and which targets are real versus decorative.
We do not sell a remote login product. We deliver a finished board, the refresh steps, and enough training for store and area leads to keep the Monday ritual alive.
Values we keep visible
- Fair comparisons between uneven floors
- Thai and English labels when staff need both
- Fewer weekly measures, stated in plain words
- Honesty about messy extracts before design begins
