Refunds and cancellations
Last updated: 1 March 2026. Applies to commissions and sessions booked with Synap Axispoint Co., Ltd.
Eligibility overview
Refunds depend on how far discovery, design, or facilitation has progressed. Informational rate pages on this site are not purchases; fees become due only after a written estimate is accepted.
Deposits
Dashboard commissions typically require a 40% deposit to reserve discovery dates. Sessions (reviews, workshops, training) may require a 30% deposit or full prepayment for single half-day bookings.
Full refund
If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and cannot offer a suitable new date within thirty days, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled work.
Partial refund
If you cancel a dashboard commission more than fourteen days before the first discovery meeting, we refund amounts paid minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations inside fourteen days forfeit the deposit; remaining unused fees for work not started are returned.
Non-refundable items
Completed discovery interviews, delivered KPI sheets, finished board versions already accepted, and training sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Pre-agreed travel costs already incurred are non-refundable.
Work already started
Once sample-week build has begun, fees for hours and milestones completed remain due. We itemise unfinished milestones and refund only the unused portion.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may be charged in full for that session date.
Purchased materials
Printed packs or room materials prepared for a cancelled session are charged at cost if already produced.
Refund process and timing
Email info@synap-axispoint.click with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.
Exceptions
Statutory rights under Thai law remain unaffected. Engagement letters may set different deposit rules for large multi-province rollouts; those written terms prevail for that project.
